TRADING
Polychemie Industrial provides consultation and fabrication of exhaust system, fume hood cabinet, water sytem and piping. Besides that, we supply a wide range of industrial chemicals, filter cartridges & housing, softeners, portable deionized (D.I.) columns, chemical pump, Polypropylene (PP) sheets & rods, PVC sheets & rods, Acrylic (PMMA) sheets & rods, Bakelite sheets & rods, Teflon (PTFE) sheets & rods, Delrin sheets & rods, and other general items.
DESIGN AND FABRICATION
Polychemie Industrial designed and modified machine to suit the process change for example rerun the piping system, incorporate new work and process station. We also modify and upgrade the existing machines or equipments in the line plate out of the process recovery system.
On the other hand, we also fabricate machine parts, stainless steel, mild steel, PP & PVC tanks, trolleys, stands, MECO machine frame guide track, and also clamping jig for frame joint soldering at buffer station. The example of product that we fabricate are noise filter coil choke clamping device, copper coil winding jig, aluminium spool reel, SUS spring clips, and SUS magazine.

Polychemie Industrial services offering comprises of trading, fabrication, design and installation supply, project management, testing & commissioning which are backed by expertise that have years of experience to support the growing semi-conductors and electronics industries in Malaysia. We troubleshoot electroplating lines which include repairs and replacements of plating tanks, bath and piping. Other technical support and services is machining of machine spare parts for example contact & rollers, frame guide assembly coiling station, and etc.
PROJECTS
Polychemie Industrial have done projects such as run piping for water waste treatment plant, upgrade & modified the electroplating machines that specialize in MECO plating machine and Mitomo plating machine. We are committed in designing & setting up chemical dipping machine with an exclusive and knowledgeable expertise.
The installation and modification of chemical exhaust system is a project that is back by a proven, committed service distribution network by our personnel. Designing and installation of air ventilation system are precision and exacting tolerance to provide longer lasting service. One of our most recognized projects are setting up bottle drinking plant for Peace Myanmar Group and the RO plant for tap brackish and seawater desalinations.
